TEHRAN - Iran become member of White List for issuing merit certificate according with the Standards Trading Convention (STCW-95), in 74th meeting of Insurance Marine Organization and Marine Security Committee (IMO/MSC-74). After 3 years non-stopped efforts of experts in Marine Training Center (MTC), it gave global credit to Iran, IRISL reported. Conformable of Marine training system (MTS) with STCW-95 convention is the first infrastructure step to promote the quality of MTS. Countries who are not able to conform to STWC-95 will leave the White List.
